Conference Banner and Bag Inserts

For sponsorships that include a conference banner or bag inserts: Please deliver items to the Hilton Amsterdam by 29 October (not prior to October 16th).

Please send shipments & deliveries to arrive on or after 16 October.  Please email the hotel at [email protected] to make them aware of your shipment.If you have just a few small packages, we recommend that you carry it with you to the hotel.

Conference Location

ICCC18 will be held at the Hilton Amsterdam. The Hilton is located at Apollolaan 138 in Amsterdam. It is a 10-walk from many nearby attractions like the Rijksmuseum and Vondelparkshuttle. The hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride to Amsterdam Airport and 30 minute train ride.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

Exhibitor Set-up and Schedule

Exhibitors may set-up their exhibit space on Tuesday, 30 October between the hours of 07:00-10:00  The Exhibit hall opens at 10:15 on 30 October. There will be an opening night reception on Tuesday October 30 starting at 17:30, in the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will also  be open to attendees on Wednesday, 31 October from 08:00-15:30. Exhibitor breakdown will be from 15:30-17:00 on 31 October. For more information, please reference the ICCC18 Agenda.

Conference Schedule
Furniture Rental, AV & IT Services

Each booth will include a 1.83 meter skirted table, two chairs and one Exhibitor ID Sign. Each booth also includes basic electrical power. Any additional exhibitor needs may be ordered from the hotel directly. IT, Technology and Communication services must be arranged through the Hilton Amsterdam’s exclusive partner.

Advertising Specifications

Mechanical Requirements: 1 Page Ad Trim Size: 7½” x 9¾”, Live Area: 6¾” x 9”, Half Page Ad: 7½” x 4¾” Quarter Page Ad: 3¾” x 4¾”

File Format: High-resolution PDF file required. Almost any high-resolution PDF file acceptable. Files in Adobe’s PDF format created from an Adobe application using the PDF/X-1a:2001 specification preferred. Typically, PDF files are created from Postscript files utilizing Adobe Acrobat Distiller, but PDF’s created from InDesign will work as well. Line Screen, Binding: 133 for 4/c ads, 280% maximum density, 120 for B&W and 2/c ads, 180% maximum density. Saddlestitch.

Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved a discounted block of rooms at several nearby hotels from €219 per night. Reserve early, the discount rate will expire when the block is full or 23 October.

Conference Sponsorships

Sponsors provide amenities and hospitality that otherwise would not be available to conference attendees. Remaining sponsorship opportunities range from $3,000-$14,000.
