Automation Update: Validation Rules and The Big Picture (U12b)
For a couple of years now, NIAP has been promising that someday its validators would be replaced by an army of Common Criteria-aware robots. We are one step closer to this singularity with the latest (and possibly final) component of NIAP’s automation effort–the creation and enforcement of Validation Rules against machine-readable Security Targets. This talk will present the “final” big picture vision of the complete NIAP automation effort that will “soon” be ready for prime time. There will probably even be a demo.
