The ISO/IEC 15408 and 18045 (Common Criteria) Development Road Map (R02b)
While working on the update to the ISO standards ISO/IEC 15408 and 18045 (“Common Criteria”) the editors and experts in SC27 WG3 recently launched a call for contributions for their ongoing development roadmap. This asked for proposals to make future versions easier to use, better adapted to varying uses, better aligned to standards that use these as foundations, and easing their use in certification schemes/end users – All without reducing the value or making fundamental changes. This presentation will summarise the responses and explore possible roadmap options that could be considered by the experts in SC27 WG3.
