Sébastien Colle

Sébastien Colle works at INFINEON TECHOLOGIES AG in the Connected Security Solution division nearby Munich. As a vice president and head of the security organization, he oversees the strategical direction setting for product security and the respective security evaluation and certification. He is familiar with the high-security domain, covering government ID and payment security use-cases as well as the upcoming consumer and industrial IoT systems. As a member of the JIL Hardware-related Attacks Subgroup – an industry-led expert group –, he contributes to the evolution of the security evaluation methodologies along the constant race between attackers and defenders. One of his hobbies during the last years is to advocate for the usage of a common methodology “engine” to serve upcoming regulations and to cope with the emergence of numerous security labelling schemes.
