Sergio Casanova

Sergio Casanova, a telecommunications engineer with 20 years of experience in security, has worked with various schemes and standards, including CC, SESIP, EMVCo, and NESAS.

Throughout his career, Sergio has contributed to various laboratories and development teams, taking on key roles in a high assurance laboratory – from code reviewer and Common Criteria evaluator to software specialist, side-channel analyst, fault-injection tester, and eventually laboratory general manager.

In collaboration with his team, Sergio successfully established laboratories across multiple locations, achieving several accreditations.

Most recently, Sergio was appointed as Chief Technical Officer at Brightsight, bringing his extensive experience to this new leadership role.
