BSI Scheme for Fixed-Time Certification: Status Quo and Developments (B20a)

The BSI implemented a fixed-time cybersecurity certification, called the Beschleunigte Sicherheitszertifizierung (BSZ) – the BSI Scheme for Fixed-time cybersecurity certification, which is the national implementation of the EN 17640 FiT CEM. The BSZ was initially presented at the ICCC in Doha 2024 and portrayed the way from the european norm to the national implementation. This talk contains every development the BSZ has made since then, where it currently stands, what the current topics are as well as where it is headed in the near future. The BSZ is developed by the certification body of the BSI on a national level and harmonized on an european level in accordance with the MRA with the ANSSI.
