Netherlands Update and Oversight on CCRA-Recognised Certification (C12b)
This talk provides an update on the CC-landscape in the Netherlands, including milestones achieved, lessons learned, and upcoming developments. It also explains the Netherlands' approach to addressing EUCC/CCRA co-existence requirements, covering CB and ITSEF licensing and certification oversight. In addition, it offers insight into how the government oversight structure and role have been implemented, with a focus on a risk-based supervision model that supports certification quality and fair competition among certification bodies and ITSEFs within the ecosystem.
