UWB Digital Car Key SESIP3 Certification Experience and Security Design Trade-offs (A13c)
This talk presents a security analysis of UWB digital car keys based on the SESIP3 certification experience of the Samsung Exynos U100 platform and highlights key lessons learned during evaluation in practical industrial environment. From the SFR perspective, it compares software-only and hybrid hardware/software countermeasures under memory and performance constraints. From the SAR perspective, it examines SESIP’s lightweight assurance approach compared to Common Criteria and briefly outlines SESIP certification strategies for subsequent UWB product development.
