Annegret Schöffel

Ms. Schöffel has been working at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in the department DI13 “Chip Technologies and eID Technologies for Mobile Platforms” since 2021. She is currently contributing to GlobalPlatform’s specification of the Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP). Previously, she was involved in the German Smart-eID project, particularly in the Trusted Service Manager System (TSMS) sub-project, which focuses on the use of hardware security elements such as eSE and eSIM for the German eID solution on mobile devices.
