Fabrice Heiser

Fabrice Heiser is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Asia at Brightsight, based in Singapore.

With over 15 years of global executive leadership spanning cybersecurity, semiconductors, and telecommunications, Fabrice drives operational excellence, P&L management, and strategic growth across the Asia-Pacific region. He oversees high-security evaluation laboratories covering IoT devices, smart cards, mobile payment systems, and embedded software in accordance with international security standards.

Since relocating to Singapore in 2022, Fabrice has led multi-site, multicultural teams across Southeast Asia and North East Asia. His key operational achievements include building and securing major lab accreditations, notably establishing the SGS Brightsight Singapore facility to achieve ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and EMVCo recognitions for platform, ICC, and PCI. Previously, he led the accreditation of UL France’s facility for EMVCo SE and SBMP schemes.

A recognized authority in payment and digital security, Fabrice brings deep expertise in scheme requirements and regulatory frameworks, including EMVCo, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PCI, Common Criteria, Cybersecurity Labeling Schemes (CLS), ETSI EN 303 645, and RED/CRA. He has over more a decade of hands-on experience in payment certification, business development, pre-sales, and global account management, alongside managing distributed embedded software engineering teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Fabrice served as a Board Member at Eurosmart, where he advocates for advancing security standards and global industry collaboration.

He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), combining rigorous analytical problem-solving with Agile operational leadership.
