Biography
Gianluca Roascio is an Italian cybersecurity expert. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer and Systems Engineering at Politecnico di Torino in 2022. His doctoral thesis, “Vulnerability-Tolerant Architectures for Resource-Constrained Devices”, focused on hardware-based solutions for embedded systems security. He has co-authored several scientific papers on control-flow integrity, FPGA-based and RISC-V security solutions, and cyber training in the hardware domain.
Now he is working for Italian Government at National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), where he is part of the Technology Screening team of the National Assessment and Certification Center (CVCN).
