Ingo Hahlen

Since 2024, Ingo Hahlen has been the head of the division responsible for the Common Criteria certification of hardware products. Joining BSI in 2005 as certifier for Common Criteria certifications specialized in software products, he moved internally in BSI in 2011 to take on a responsible position in the German approval scheme for products protecting classified information. Prior to BSI, his career started with 5 years in the private sector as software engineer in security relevant projects. He has a Diploma Degree both in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bonn University.
