Biography
Rob Kemper is Director of Brightsight Certification Body (CB), where he leads certification activities for cybersecurity schemes including EUCC, SESIP, PSA Certified and CRA. He has extensive experience in product security certification, conformity assessment, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, working with technology vendors, evaluation facilities, accreditation bodies, and national cybersecurity authorities across Europe.
His work focuses on establishing robust certification processes, ensuring impartiality and technical competence in certification decisions, and supporting the adoption of cybersecurity certification as a tool to increase trust in digital products and services.
Prior to his current role, Rob held various leadership positions at Brightsight ITSEF. Rob is based in Delft, the Netherlands.
