Developing the Evaluation Methodology Document for Prepare and Measure Quantum Key Distribution Modules (M23c)
The actual operation of quantum key distribution (QKD), which is necessary for realizing information-theoretically secure key sharing, is about to begin in various countries. As part of the activities of the Japan national project, they have developed the EAL2+ protection profile and are about to enter the evaluation and certification phase. They are also developing an evaluation methodology document that defines evaluation activities specific to the QKD module. They would like to present their work on QKD modules, particularly the development of the evaluation methodology document.
