KSO3C: Polish Schema for Evaluation and Certification Compliant with Common Criteria—Last Step Towards Recognition (U10c)

The project “National schema for the security and privacy evaluation and certification of IT products and systems compliant with Common Criteria” (KSO3C) is being implemented by a scientific consortium composed of three R&D institutes supervised by the Minister of Digital Affairs in Poland. These are: the National Institute of Telecommunications (IŁ-PIB)- Leader of Consortium, Research and Academic Computer Network (NASK) and the Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG (ITI EMAG). In the last year of the project duration, we are carrying out several evaluations and subsequent certifications being one step away from achieving the final goal: changing the status from consuming into authorized participant in two arrangements i.e. CCRA and SOG-IS. The presenter will discuss major challenges, biggest opportunities, continual progress approach they have taken in the project, key factors of the most wanted success, and specific profile of their customers. The presenter will analyze the future of KSO3C project as an active participant of emerging EUCC scheme.
