Biography

Adam Golodner is the Managing Partner of AMG Global Cyber Law, PLLC, a law and policy firm specializing in technology, national security, and antitrust. He is also the Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors of Trusted Future, a do-and-think-tank, focused on practices to make the global infrastructure more secure and trusted. Mr. Golodner has served as a senior official in the United States Department of Justice, a cyber policy executive at Cisco Systems, and a partner and senior counsel at the global law firm Arnold & Porter, Kaye, Scholer. In addition, he currently serves as the Special Advisor for Cyber Practice and Policy to the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA); a Senior Advisor at WestExec Advisors LLC, the geopolitical advisory firm; an Executive Fellow at the SDA Bocconi School of Management CISO Roundtable; a Fellow at the National Security Institute; and an Adjunct Professor of Law at George Mason were he has taught classes on cyber and FinTech. A believer in the importance of dialogue, he has participated in discussions at the Aspen Institute, the Munich Security Conference (MSC) , the World Economic Forum (WEF) among other gatherings, serves as a contributor to Fast Company through its Executive Board, and has been quoted stories in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Time magazine, and the Financial Times among other publications. When he was at Cisco Systems, Adam attended many ICCCs, and was pleased to be a presenter in 2013.
