Biography
Her extensive knowledge encompasses various standards such as ISO/IEC 15408, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, and UNECE R155/R156, where she provides consultancy and evaluation services. As a Lead Common Criteria (CC) Evaluator, Cansu has considerable experience with the Netherlands scheme for Certification in the Area of IT Security (NSCIB) and the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
Cansu has significantly contributed to the CC-certification of a diverse array of products, including Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), smart cards, ePassports, health information management systems, and smart metering devices, among numerous other hardware and software solutions. Prior to her current role, she served as a Cryptography Consultant, where she honed her skills in cryptographic analysis and implementation.
Additionally, Cansu has a strong interest in Post-Quantum Cryptography, an emerging field that focuses on developing cryptographic systems resistant to the potential threats posed by quantum computers. This interest demonstrates her dedication to keeping up with the latest advancements in cryptographic security.
