Henry Tan

Henry began his career with T-Systems International as a security evaluator specialising in ISO/IEC15408, also known as Common Criteria. He joined the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2009 where he headed the Standards and Evaluation group and established the National IT Evaluation Scheme – a high assurance product certification scheme supporting Government procurement. He is currently with the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore as the Deputy Director of the Cybersecurity Engineering Centre. He is responsible for several key initiatives such as the Singapore Common Criteria Scheme, the Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme for IoT and for medical devices and the launch of the National Integrated Centre for Evaluation.
 
Henry also represents Singapore in ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 3 and WG4, in contributing towards the development of standards relating to security evaluation and IoT.
