Biography
Kelvin recently joined Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager and is involved primarily with conducting FIPS 140 as well as Common Criteria evaluations. He has a particular interest in process automation and has participated in the design and development of both cryptographic algorithm testing and gap analysis tools. He currently works closely with engineering to ensure that their H/W-based cryptographic products conform to various security certification standards. Prior to Microsoft, he has worked for Cisco, Thales, two NVLAP-accredited cryptographic and security testing laboratories, and a number of other companies in the infosec, telecom, and aerospace sectors.
