Lars Hanke

Lars got his first computer as a kid in 1976 and since then is involved in using and building hardware and software. As a youth he joined with the hacker scene for a while, but disbanded in the 1990s to focus on his physics studies and PhD.

Since 2002 Lars works as evaluator, consultant, and analyst for Deutsche Telekom Security (former T-Systems). His focus is on crypto-devices, payment security, complex security systems, and high-security solutions.

Lars is active in the development of security standards and authors requirements like PP and ST. He is also involved in trainings for attack techniques and for CC criteria.
