Monique Bakker

Monique Bakker became a part of the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure in 2023, where she works as a senior security expert at the National Cybersecurity Certification Authority. Her expertise lies in the area of Common Criteria (CC), and she has recently analysed the differences between CC v3.1 and CC 2022. Before her current role at the Dutch NCCA, Monique worked for about 20 years at SGS Brightsight. During her time there, she was involved in numerous high-assurance evaluations. She also developed efficient evaluation methodologies, particularly in the field of smart cards and similar devices. Monique actively contributed as a member of ISCI-WG1 and chaired several subgroups. At present, Monique is engaged in the operationalization of the EUCC scheme in the Netherlands
