Biography
Mr. Harland is the Common Criteria Operations Manager for the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (CCCS). He has been an active participant in the international CC program for the past 25 years, dating back to the CC Editorial Board that produced version 1.0. Since that time, he has served as Chair for several international CCRA committees, and he continues to represent the Canadian Common Criteria Scheme in this venue.
