Toru Hashimoto

Toru Hashimoto had joined IPA security center in 2008 as a certifier of Japan Cryptographic Module Validation Program, or JCMVP. As IPA starts establishing hardware evaluation under Japan Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme, or JISEC, which is the Japan’s Common Criteria Scheme, he also began working as a certifier of JISEC. He took part in VPA for Sweden scheme as an observer in 2019.
